Moebius: Empire Rising Review

Hello everyone. Today I'm going to be talking about the game Moebius: Empire Rising. This game came out on April 15th of 2014 and again is one of my favorite games to play (I have too many favorite Games to count so there all in one group).  The video about is the trailer for the game.

There’s more information about the game below.
The game tells the story of Malachi Rector, an antiques dealer who travels the world hunting down valuable artifacts. After returning from a trip to Spain he's hired by Amble Dexter, the head of a secretive government agency called 'FITA', to investigate a series of events and document them in his meticulous way.

The first event is the death of a young woman in Venice, found hanging from a bridge. As Rector investigates her life, he realizes that the beautiful and talented young woman—and the interrupted path of her life—had great hidden significance: Amble Dexter and his associates are playing with the fabric of life in a way Rector never imagined was possible. Even he, Rector himself, is part of a larger pattern. He must figure out who is doing what, and whether their intentions are for good or ill, before he can decide if he will play his pre-scripted role or try to change the outcome.

Now this game was created by the talented, Jane Jensen of Pinkerton Road Studio. The game storyline and style was different from most of the games I've played. You played two different characters Malachi Rector, the antiques dealer, and David Walker, the former Army Captain and a member of the U.S. Army Special Forces, who then become Malachi's bodyguard. There also awards in the game for doing specific things. There is multiple ways the story could go, but it will still lead to the same ending of the game. The characters design were drawn very well, the voice acting was also fit the look of the characters in the game. The game also went over a lot of history and tied it into the storyline of the game.

I have to give this game a 10/10 review for the fact that the game itself was not only just good, but it was great! From what little I was in the trailer the game surpassed my expectations. I would recommend anyone who loves a good plot like this to play it. I also hope that there is a sequel for the game since the ending gave it some room for a second game.

Thanks for reading everyone. If you have any suggestions put it in the comments below. I would appreciate it if you would share my blog with others. I am also making something special for Easter for everyone, so look out for that.

Until next time,
